Cancellation Guidlines
To fully secure your reservation, Berkshire requires a valid card on file to hold your appointment. Should a cancellation or adjustment be necessary, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Notice given later than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled appointment fee.
When booking, we reserve time + space especially for you. Out of respect for our service providers time we uphold our cancellation guidelines.
