Cancellation Guidlines

​To fully secure your reservation, Berkshire requires a valid card on file to hold your appointment. Should a cancellation or adjustment be necessary, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Notice given later than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled appointment fee. In addition, we require a text or verbal confirmation by 24 hours prior to your reservation time. Failure to confirm will result in cancellation of your reservation.
