Offline is a slow, unhurried Headspace experience that layers deep scalp care, steam, a mini facial, and extended head, neck and shoulder massage to help your body fully settle. You’ll stay warm and cozy the entire time wrapped in a warmed blanket, booties on, a foot softening treatment, eyes covered, breathing in custom aromatherapy. When you’re ready to come back online, we’ll finish with a shampoo blowout so you leave feeling like yourself again, just calmer and a little more put together. (We’ll handle the wake up call.)
